Things are pretty hectic on the work front which means I'm finding it impossible to keep this "News" section up-to-date. Apologies if you've followed a link only to find this dull page! I am in the middle of completely re-organising the site to be more dynamic (which will allow easier and quicker updates) but all this has coincided with crazy working hours in my real job and so I've decided to "pull" the news section with this disclaimer until I can get more time for the site redesign. In the meantime... keep an eye on the Web Logs section because that's the only one likely to receive much attention through to the end of 2004. In answer to email questions I've received Yes, I am going to the Fellowship Festival (London August 2004) and yes, there will be a web log on the event (hopefully an evening update each day of the event, but it depends on how knackered I am and what time the events main activiites finish). And yes, I am going to Ring*Con 2004 and there will hopefully be web logs from that event too. I am way behind on transcribing the panels from last year's Ring*Con 2003, and this year's events are the main priority, but I do hope to expand the Ring*Con 2003 coverage, as well as some of the oscar party coverage (eg the editors talk at The Egyptian Theater) just as soon as I can free up some time from the job that pays the bills.
